We ship all our jewelry via FED EX via Malca Amit which is secured jewelry delivery service.
Your jewelry will be valued at what you paid for it and insured for this full value. Please note: if you are an international customer, duties and fees will be applied by customs which is out of our control.
As stated above, please be advised that Après Jewelry does not entitle customers to any replacements of products that are lost, misplaced, or damaged while not in our possession or in the possession or control of a third party courier. Après Jewelry is also not liable for incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of shipping and/or delivery, or at any point while any products are not in its possession or while any products are in the possession of a third party courier. Please also note that no other warranties, written or oral, will be provided with your purchase.
RING RESIZE
If you need to get your ring re-sized, there is an $150 fee for this. We will invoice you prior to sending the shipping label. We offer free ring sizers on our site though so purchase one before the ring is made if you can!
REPAIRS + OUR WARRANTY
At Après Jewelry, we stand behind our craftsmanship. We value your business and wish to give you some additional peace of mind with your purchases.
In keeping with our philosophy, we will provide any purchase of jewelry sold by Après Jewelry a 60-day warranty, effective from the date of purchase. All repairs are free in this two month period, we just charge $90 for shipping (with the exception of resizes which are $150). If your jewelry is damaged outside of this period, you may benefit from our warranty but additional fees and costs will apply, as set forth in this agreement.
Our warranty will entitle all customers who purchase jewelry from Après Jewelry to complementary repair work for any damages on your purchased items, so long as the damage did not result from unusual or extreme wear or use, and in accordance with this agreement. Après Jewelry shall have the sole discretion to determine the extent of the damage on the jewelry and may impose additional fees, as appropriate. Please note that our warranty does not cover loss or theft of jewelry, in part or in its entirety, and does not entitle customers to any replacements of center stones, regardless of how the center stones were lost, misplaced, or damaged. Après Jewelry does not entitle customers to any replacements of products that are lost, misplaced, or damaged while not in its possession or while in the possession of a third party courier. This warranty also does not cover jewelry that has been re-sized or altered in any way by a third party without the express, written authorization of Après Jewelry. Please note that no other warranties, written or oral, will be provided with your purchase.
To initiate the request, you may submit a written request by emailing us at orders@apresjewelry.com. Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a shipping label. Please note that we are not responsible for any expenses, damage, or loss incurred while the jewelry is not in our possession. Après Jewelry is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and damage, as well as any additional documentation, as appropriate.
Upon submission of the repair request, all orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Après Jewelry shall make a preliminary decision to repair the goods and/or on any aspects of the repair process at its sole discretion. Depending on the scope of the repairs, additional charges may apply as you get further along the repair process.
Eternity Bands
All the stones on eternity bands are NOT certified and cannot be certified. Whether they are white diamonds or Moissanite, the stone size and carat weight does not qualify them to be certified. We provide the color and clarity of the stones we use prior to the setting (typically G-H/VS2-SI1) so please let us know if you want them to be specific. If you need additional information or photos/videos of the stone prior to purchase, we are happy to provide this for you. Once an eternity band is purchased, it is non-refundable.

Kimberley Process
We are in compliance with the Kimberley Process and guarantee all diamonds purchased from us to be conflict free.
All our gold is made with recycled metal. Once a month we refine all our leftover metal and make it 24K so we can reuse it.
INSURANCE
We urge you to insure your jewelry as soon as possible against theft and total or partial loss or damage, as you would any other major purchase.
We offer insurance for US and Canadian residents through Jeweler’s Mutual here on our site. Just click the GET MY QUOTE button and it will take you to their site and prompt you to enter in the value of your purchase, and will provide you with the total cost of insurance.
FINANCING
If you are looking for financing- at this time, we only offer up to $10,000 in financing through Klarna. Any payments made through Klarna are subject to an additional 3.29% fee and you can select the duration of the loan at checkout (up to 36 months). For anything more than $10,000, check out Lending Tree to get matched with the right company for a personal loan. They offer financing between $1000- $100,000 and have different length and APR terms.
CLEANING + CARE
Fine jewelry is delicate by nature and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.
• Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, etc.
• Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities such as working out.
• Do not wear your jewelry to the beach or the pool to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Exposure to makeup, oil and dyes can diminish the sparkle of your jewelry.
• Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.
• For necklaces, please clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
• To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the 14k gold and diamonds.
